Notice according to paragraph 63/B § (1) of Act on Bankruptcy Proceedings and Liquidation Proceedings (hereinafter referred to as “Cstv.”)

FALLIMENTO Felszámolási és Tanácsadó Kft. is advising the creditors according to paragraph 63/B § (1) of Cstv. about the following.

We are advising You that the debtor’s assets are not covering the expected liquidation costs related to the business organisations under liquidation proceedings listed in the statement of liquidations. Also, due to the lack of registers and accounting, the liquidation proceeding is technically impossible to conduct according to the general rules.

Based on it, the liquidator is advising the creditors that s/he is about to submit a request for a simplified liquidation to the competent Court related to the proceedings listed in the table.

If any of You have any information about the debtor’s assets, irrespective of where it is (including real and personal properties, claims, and rights having asset value), or if any of You can provide help to conduct the proceeding according to the normal rules, then please, inform the liquidator about it within 15 days.

That is why, the liquidator is publishing a notice to request if anyone has credible information about the debtor’s assets, irrespective of where it is (including real and personal properties, claims, and rights having asset value), or if any of You can provide help to conduct the proceeding according to the normal rules, then please, inform the liquidator about it within 15 days.
